At the same time, we understand that this protection needs to be achieved with discretion, looking after you and your residence in a way that is reassuring yet unobtrusive.
To ensure the highest standards of care, all of our team are trained in first aid. Our gardeners and groundskeepers are always around to assist you and all maintenance colleagues are connected by radio to ensure prompt attention if you need it.
You can get a range of help throughout the day and our concierge is on hand through the evening to provide both assistance and visible security. What’s more, the site is covered by CCTV 24 hours a day and our security team are on patrol day and night keeping a watchful eye on our community.
We even follow the weather forecast to make sure we are pro-active with gritting and path clearing so you’re never trapped inside by the winter weather.
