When Birtle Brook was established in 2004, every aspect of the village was purposefully planned to balance privacy with connection and peace of mind.
The positioning of the cottages, pathways, gardens and open spaces was carefully considered so that each cottage feels private while remaining part of village life. From your window, you may see one of the gardeners tending the grounds, always ready with a friendly wave—a simple reminder that the thoughtful design is working exactly as intended.
Even the parking spaces have been carefully considered—positioned within easy view of the cottages for added reassurance, while remaining discreetly placed so they never detract from the character of the village.
